| 目的 对联体双胎(Conjoined Twins, CT)分离术前的影像学资料进行综合评价,确定手术的可行性及其方案。方法 对两对(四婴)联体双胎在分离术前的影像学资料进行综合分析。结果 两对联体双胎中肝脏均为联体融合畸形,其中一对为心脏融合畸形,另外一对为两个心脏,共用一个心包。X线、CT、MRI、超声学检查诊断比较准确、全面地显示了患儿联体畸形的解剖部位、联结面积程度和相关的解剖学关系。结论 影像学诊断能比较全面的显示相连脏器的程度、血管沟通情 |

| Objective Using comprehensive imaging methods to evaluate the feasibility and make a complete plan of surgical separation of conjoined twins. Methods To analyse imaging data comprehensively of two conjoined twins who had thoraco-omphalopagus before the surgical separation. Results The livers of the two pairs of conjoined tiwns joined together. One of the conjoined tiwns shared a joined heart. The other of the tiwns had two heart, but only one pericardium. The integration analyses of radiology, CT, MRI and ultrasonography can exactly show the area, degree and correlative status of abnormal anatomy in conjoined twins. Conclusion Comprehensive imaging analyses can reflect correlation between blood vessels and organs overall. These data is helpful and important for make exact plan of surgical seperation. Therefore, multiple imaging strategy shows a high value in the preoperational evaluation of separation for conjoined twins. |
