目的 探讨吸入炮烟致肺部损伤在CT上的影像特征。方法 选取一起炮烟事故中,急性中毒致肺部损伤的12例患者,均采用GE单排螺旋CT机行胸部扫描,回顾性分析其CT影像特点。结果 CT显示双肺部分肺野呈"毛玻璃样"改变,其内可见弥漫性多发绒毛状,灶性致密模糊影。部分融合成大片状影。病变主要侵犯双肺上叶者12例,同时伴下叶受侵者7例,合并两下肺下垂部位较高密度影6例;12例均显示病变以肺野外带较重;病灶近端较清晰,靠近胸膜处较模糊。结论 应用CT扫描检 |

Objective The purpose of this study is to assess the use of computer tomography (CT) imaging for demonstrate the feature of lung injury induced by blasting fume. Methods To select 12 patients who had lung injury induced by blasting fume in an coal mine accident and scanned with single-detector row computed tomograph scanner maded by GE. Results The lung organism appeared interstitial ground-glass opacities. There are multiple path shadow and nodule in both lung, partly mixed together turn to a large patches. All of the patients’ CT imaging manifest that the pathetic signes were mainly on both superior lobe, 7 cases together with inferior lobe of both lung (7/12), 6 together with the dropping sites of inferior lobe of both lung (6/12). There were more seriously outside of both lung field than inside, and there are clearer near the mediastinal than the pleural. Conclusion CT posses the high sensitiveness and accuratissime for the detection of lesion degree and amplitude of inhalation of poision gase like blasting fume because of its optimal display results. It provice reliability reason for diagnosis and differential diagnosis and therapy via learning these feathers. |
