      目的 探讨MRI弥散张量成像(DTI)在确定星形细胞肿瘤边界方面的应用价值。 方法 低、高级别组脑星形细胞肿瘤各16例和14例行DTI检查,测量肿瘤周围区域表观弥散系数(ADC)和部分各向异性值(FA),比较其均值差异。 结果 脑星形细胞肿瘤周围区域高、低级别星形细胞肿瘤之间ADC、FA均值的差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-10.02,9.94;P值均<0.0001);FA图在高、低级别组表现不同;6例星形细胞肿瘤周围区域FA

      Objective To assess the value of MRI diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in defining the border of brain astrocytic tumors. Methods Thirty patients with astrocytic tumors proved by operations or biopsy, 16 cases of low-grade and 14 cases of high-grade, underwent DTI examination. Peritumoural region of low- and high-grade astrocytic tumors were studied about apparent diffusion coefficients(ADCs)and fractional anisotropy (FAs). Statistical differences were performed. Results ADCs, FAs were significantly different in the peritumoural regions between low- and High-grade astrocytic tumors (t values were -10.02, 9.94 respectively and P values were all less than 0.0001). FA imaging were different. In peritumoural regions of six patients with abnormal white matter tract, there were proved to be the tumour infiltration. Conclusion Differences of DTI in the peritumoural regions are helpful to making the histological classification of astrocytic tumors. DTI makes an important role in defining the border of astrocytic tumors.
