| 目的 分析弥漫性脑型合并皮肌型猪囊尾蚴的临床和影像学特点。方法 采用平片、CT或MRI检查及复习相关文献所见,描述4例弥漫性脑型合并皮肌型猪囊尾蚴的临床及影像学表现。结果 所有4例患者影像学检查均发现多发脑内和皮肤病灶。脑内病灶CT检查表现为:双侧大脑半球内多发结节状高密度病灶,并见多个囊状低密度灶,部分病灶边缘可见小点状高密度影;MR表现为:双侧大脑实质内多个长T1WI、长T2WI信号的圆形或卵圆形小囊状影,部分壁内见偏心性小点状影,呈短T1WI、稍短T2W |

| Objective To analyze the clinical and imaging characteristics (features) of extensive (diffuse) cerebral and musculus cutaneus cysticercosis. Methods Describe the clinical and imageing features of the diffuse cerebral and musculus cutaneus cysticercosis in the X-ray, CT or MRI examination. The relevant documents were studied retrospecitively. Results All the four cases presented multiple focus both in the brain and in the cutaneous muscle. In the plain CT scan, the intracerebral focus presented as the nodular lesions with hyper-attenuation or the vesicular lesions with hypo-attenuation, and some with punctuate hyper-attenuation areas; in MRI, they presented as cystoid lesions with high-signal on T2WI and low-signal on T1WI. Some lesions displayed scolexes in cyst wall with high-signal on T1WI and low-signal on T2WI, and zonal edema areas around the lesions. In the enhanced-scan with Gd-DTPA, the cyst wall displayed annular enhancement and the scolex displayed spotty enhancement. In X-ray examination only calcification could be found, which was fusiform in 0.5－1.5 cm of length and distributed in the trunk, limbs and the muscles under the scalp in the 4 cases with extensive brain and musculus cutaneus cysticercosis. Conclusion Multiple fusiform subcutaneous calcification in the whole trunk and neurocysticercosis demonstrated by CT or MRI examination were the characteristic features of the extensive brain and musculus cutaneus cysticercosis |
