目的 探讨脑胶质母细胞瘤与单发性脑转移瘤在MR增强前后的不同影像表现,以提高对胶质母细胞瘤与单发性脑转移瘤的鉴别诊断水平。方法 回顾分析经手术病理证实的脑胶质母细胞瘤26例与单发性脑转移瘤35例在T2WI/FLAIR常规MRI增强即T1WI增强的不同MR表现。结果 我们发现两个较为重要征象:①假缩小征,脑胶质母细胞瘤在T1WI增强后强化的边界比在液体衰减反转恢复(FLAIR)序列T2WI上显示的边界小时我们称之为假缩小征,而单发性脑转移瘤则无此MR表现。②瘤外浸润 |

Objective To improve the level of differential diagnosis of the astrocytoma from single brain metastases. Methods We look back the enhanced MR imaging differential characteristics both 26 cases gliblastoma and 35 cases single brain metastases result of pathology from surgery. Results We found two more important features: ①Brain glioblastoma of the border was smaller on contrast enhanced T1WI than it on the fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) T2WI sequence, we called it a fake signs of narrowing, and the single brain metastases did not have the performance. ②Brain glioblastoma were circular enhancement, outsid circular we saw schistic shadow, such enhanced central flake. There were spots to strengthen the abnormal signal, we called the tumor outward signs of infiltration. Conclusion Fake signs of narrowing and the tumor outward signs of infiltration will be regarded as the basis of differentiation. |
