目的 探讨64层螺旋CT在主动脉病变动物模型治疗中的应用价值。 方法 经腹主动脉入路,以创伤法在10只杂种犬主动脉建立动脉夹层(AD)模型,以覆膜支架治疗主动脉夹层,采用64层螺旋CT对模型进行诊断及随访,了解动脉夹层病变及介入治疗后动脉和支架的改变。 结果 10只杂种犬,建成动脉夹层模型5个,在其中3个模型中置入动脉覆膜支架, 64层CTVE及3D图像对模型动脉夹层细节显示良好。 结论 64层螺旋CT具备的扫描速度和空间分辨率能有效区分造影剂流动的 |

Objective To explore the value of 64-slice spiral CT in aortic dissection. Methods Arterial dissection (AD) model was established in the descending aorta in mongrel dogs. The stents were set through the end of abdominal aortic covering the tear area of the descending aorta. Then the models were observed and followed-up with CTA by 64-slice spiral CT. Results Five animal models were successfully made in 10 dogs and 3 stents were placed through the end of abdominal aorta. The aortic dissection and stents were well displayed with 64-slice spiral CT angiography. Conclusion With 64-slice spiral CT, the arterial and venous phases of angiography can be easilly distinguished, and the details of DA can be well diaplayed. |
