| 目的 探讨喂服常规剂量安宝后胎羊的血流动力学变化。 方法 10只单胎晚孕山羊随机分成实验组5只,对照组5只。于妊娠110~120 d实验组山羊喂服安宝片剂5次(每隔2 h喂一次,每次20 mg),对照组采用同样的方法,喂服等量的安慰剂维生素C片。分别于每次喂药后0.5 h采用超声心动图检测胎羊的血流动力学参数。 结果 实验组与对照组的血流动力学参数,包括脐动脉PI(UmAPI),肾动脉PI(RAPI),静脉导管PI(DVPI),左、右心室射血分数(EF),左、右心 |

| Objective To study the Doppler hemodynamic characteristics of ovine fetus after taking Anpo orally. Methods Ten near-term singleton pregnant goats were randomly divided into five experimental group and five control group. In 110 to 120 days gestation, Anpo was taken orally five times (20 mg every 2 hours) in the experimental group while Vitamin C was taken in the same way in the control group. Half an hour after the drugs were taken, Doppler significant echocardiography were performed to examine ovine fetuses. Results It showed no difference between the hemodynamic characteristics of the experimental group and the control animals (P>0.05), including the UmA, RA, and DV waveform PI values, RV and LV EF, LV and RV Tei indices, MV E/A, TV E/A. Conclusion Anpo of conventional dosage has no remarkable effect on hemodynamic characteristics of ovine fetuses. |
