医学影像技术正从结构成像向功能成像发展,分子成像逐渐成为研究的热点领域。由于生物自发光具有显示探针深度信息、成本低廉、对肌体无电离辐射等众多优点,生物自发光断层成像现已成为分子成像领域的研究热点, 用来研究疾病的治疗、疗效的评估以及新药物的开发。本文系统地综合介绍了自发光断层成像的最新研究,如模型的建立、成像系统及平台、前向和逆向问题、重建算法研究以及模拟实验等。 |

Functional imaging is one of the new trends of medical imaging. Molecular imaging is becoming a new research hotspot. Bioluminescence tomography can reveal the distribution and depth information of bioluminescence source. With advantages of comparatively low price and non-ionizing radiation to the body, bioluminescence tomography is becoming a hotspot area of molecular imaging. This technology can help diagnose diseases, evaluate therapies, and facilitate drug development with mouse models. This paper comprehensively introduces the present progress of researches on the bioluminescence tomography, including imaging modeling, imaging system and platform, forward and inverse problems, reconstruction algorithms and simulation experiments. |
