| 磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)是利用MRI观察活体组织水分子弥散运动最理想且唯一的成像方法。随着磁共振超快速成像序列的开发,使DWI的临床应用也愈加广泛,从中枢神经系统扩展到了其他系统,其中以腹部应用较多。本文着重阐述DWI在腹部病变中的应用和进展。 |

| Diffusion weighted imaging is a unique and most ideal imaging method to observe water molecular diffusion in vivo tissue by using magnetic resonance imaging. By developing magnetic resonance imaging gradient and spin echo sequence, clinical application of DWI is becoming more extensive, from central nervous system to other systems, especially on abdomimal diseases. This article expounds application and progress of DWI on abdominal diseases. |
