| 卵巢恶性肿瘤是妇科常见的肿瘤,早期不易发现。三维超声成像、三维能量多普勒及超声造影相继用于对卵巢肿瘤的诊断。三维超声成像能更好地分析卵巢肿物的表面形态及内部特征,而三维能量多普勒和超声造影可以提高肿瘤血管的检出率,进而提高了卵巢恶性肿瘤诊断的准确度。 |

| Ovarian cancer is a common gynecologic malignancy that usually can not be detected at early stage. Three-dimensional ultrasonographt,three-dimensional power Doppler and contrast-enhanced ultrasonographt are used to assessing ovarian tumors. Three-dimensional ultrasonographt images enable improved accurate characterization of the surface features and evaluation of the intracystic morphology. Three-dimensional power Doppler and contrast-enhanced ultrasonographt provide better visualization of tumor vascularity in ovarian masses. They can improve the ability to differentiate between benign and malignant ovarian tumors. |
