      癫痫是脑胶质瘤的常见症状,有时也可以是首发甚至唯一症状。目前人们对脑胶质瘤致痫机制的研究主要集中在动物试验及基础研究阶段。致痫性脑胶质瘤常有不同程度生化改变,而氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS) 是一种无创性的研究活体组织能量代谢、生化改变和化合物定量分析的方法,为进一步明确脑胶质瘤的致痫机制提供了依据。现就1H-MRS在脑胶质瘤致痫机制中的应用进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Epilepsy, a common symptom of glioma, can sometimes be the first or even the only one. The current studies on glioma-associated epileptogenesis are mainly confined to animal experiments and lab researches. Some biochemical changes will appear when glioma-associated epilepsy happens. Proton magnetic resonance spectrum (1H-MRS) is a non-invasive method for in vivo study which can show the metabolism and biochemical change of tissue and also provide us a method of quantification. And this research can offer evidence for studying mechanism of glioma-associated epileptogenesis. In this article, the investigations of 1H-MRS study on glioma-associated epileptogenesis were reviewed.
