磁共振成像和多层螺旋CT是颞骨内面神经和面神经管检查的理想方法,探索颞骨内面神经的正常影像解剖及变异以及其与周围结构的毗邻关系,对面瘫定位、定性诊断和治疗具有重要的指导意义,对避免耳科手术时意外损害面神经具有极其重要的临床价值。本文综述颞骨内面神经影像解剖方面的研究进展。 |

The facial nerve can be well shown in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). MRI and multislice spiral CT could provide an optimal anatomical presentation of the intratemporal facial nerve and canal. Evaluating the imaging anatomy of the facial nerve and the anatomic relationships with other neighboring structures of the temporal bone might contribute to early diagnosis of facial nerve lesions, and provide valuable information concerning the anatomic variations, congenital malformations. The advances in imaging anatomy of intratemporal facial nerve were reviewed in this article. |
