目的 评价磁共振选择性水激励脂肪抑制技术(MR-PROSET)在显示腰骶神经(节)中的价值。方法 采用3D PROSET序列扫描健康受试者30例,所得原始图像行3D MIP后处理,结合原始图像及MIP图像观察腰骶神经根(节)的形态和走行,并测量相关解剖数据。结果 PROSET序列图像能清晰显示L1~S1水平的神经根鞘、神经节以及L3~S1水平的节外段神经;L1~2水平的节外段显示稍差。L1~L5水平的神经根鞘长度逐渐增加,而S1水平的神经根鞘长度较L5水平稍短。L1~S1水平的神经根鞘直径、神经节长径、宽径以及面积均自上而下逐渐增加;神经根鞘倾斜角则自上而下逐渐减小。结论 MR-PROSET序列能清晰显示腰骶神经根(节)的解剖形态。 |

Objective To study the value of MR-PROSET in the demonstration of the lumbosacral nerve roots and dorsal root ganlias (DRGs). Methods PROSET sequence and 3D maximum intensity projection (3D MIP) post-processed were performed in 30 healthy volunteers without low back pain. The L1-S1 lumbosacral nerve roots and DRGs were observed in the raw pictures and 3D MIP pictures. The related values were measured in the 3D MIP pictures. Results L1-S1 nerve root sleeves, DRGs and L3-S1 segments of the nerves posterior to the ganglions were demonstrated well, while L1-L2 segments of the nerves posterior to the ganglions were not demonstrated excellently. The length of the nerve roots increased progressively to a maximum at L5, and decreased at S1. The diameter of the nerve roots, length, midpoint width and area of the DRGs gradually increased from L1-S1, whereas the nerve root sleeve angulation decreased progressively. Conclusion MR-PROSET sequence can display the lumbosacral nerve roots and DRGs clearly. |
