目的 分析高频超声(HFUS)检测膨体聚四氟乙烯(e-PTFE)材料包裹动脉瘤的声像图特点和血流变化情况,初步探讨超声技术在实验性动脉瘤包裹治疗术中的价值。 方法 应用HFUS检测e-PTFE 包裹治疗犬颈部动脉瘤过程中不同时间于包裹动脉瘤腔、吻合口和载瘤动脉的内径、血流速度以及阻力指数并与未包裹侧动脉瘤模型相对照。 结果 HFUS可清晰地显示包裹动脉瘤大小、前后壁、夹层以及吻合口、瘤腔、载瘤动脉之血流动力学改变。e-PTFE片包裹治疗成功率为(7/8)87.50%,与数字减影血管造影(DSA)结果相互印证。 结论 e-PTFE对实验性梭形动脉瘤包裹治疗有较高的成功率,HFUS可作为影像学动态检测的最佳方法。 |

Objective To assess the value of high frequency ultrasound (HFUS) in evaluation of e-PTFE wrapping for treatment of canine fusiform aneurysm. Methods Changes of the inner diameters, hemoynamics, resistance index (RI) in restenosis in aneurysm cavity, inosculate-jaws and carry-nubble artery of wrapping aneurysms at different times were observed with HFUS and compared with fusiform aneurysm model. Results The successful rate of e-PTFE wrapping was (7/8) 87.50%. HFUS could clearly demonstrate the size, morphology, wall, interlining and the intraneurysmal flow characteristics of inosculate-jaws, aneurysm cavity and carry-nubble artery of wrapping aneurysms. Conclusion As the wrapping material, e-PTFE is superior for canine fusiform aneurysm. HFUS can be used as the best method in evaluating the aneurysm after wrapping surgical procedures. |
