目的 提供腕部舟月韧带背侧部厚度(SLLTd)超声测量值,评价尺、桡侧偏位对测量值的影响。方法 100名志愿者,男女各50名,年龄19~68岁,平均年龄30.2岁。超声检查选用5~12 MHz,8~13 MHz线阵扫查探头。记录在正中位及尺、桡侧偏位SLLTd值。结果 男SLLTd为(2.18±0.35)mm (1.7~3.1 mm);女SLLTd为(1.99±0.23)mm (1.5~2.5 mm)。舟月韧带的背侧部声像图易显示且清晰。尺桡侧偏位与正中位比较,SLLTd差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 超声能够准确地测量腕舟月韧带的厚度,为诊断舟月骨分离等提供简便可靠的方法。 |

Objective To establish the normal value of normal scapholunate ligament thickness of dorsal (SLLTd) in the neutral position and the bias in radial and ulnar deviation. Methods Two hundred normal wrists in 100 healthy subjects (50 men and 50 women, aged 19-68, with a mean age of 30.2) were examined with high-resolution sonography (5-12 MHz, 8-13 MHz linear-array transducer). The thickness of SLLTd was measured in the neutral position and ulnar and radial deviation. Results The mean value of the SLLTd was (2.18±0.35)mm (range 1.7-3.1 mm) in men and (1.99±0.23)mm (range 1.5-2.5 mm) in women in the neutral position, respectively. The dorsal scapholunate ligament was easily visible. There was no significant difference in SLLTd between the neutral position and ulnar, radial deviation. Conclusion Measurement of SLLTd with ultrasonography is accurate and reliable. Ultrasonography can be used to diagnose scapholunate dissociation. |
