       目的 探索乳腺癌的超声声像表现与Cox-2、Survivin、PTEN基因蛋白表达之间的相关性。方法 收集62例乳腺癌患者病例,手术前进行高频超声,彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)检查,术后使用免疫组化方法检测肿瘤标本中Cox-2、Survivin、PTEN基因蛋白的表达。分析超声表现与各基因蛋白表达之间的关系。结果 超声表现"毛刺征"与Survivin表达相关;腋淋巴结肿大与Cox-2、Survivin、PTEN表达相关; CDFI血流信号丰富与Survivin、Cox-2阳性表达相关; PD表现高流速与Survivin、Cox-2阳性表达相关(P均<0.05);而肿瘤大小、"衰减征"、"钙化征"等与Cox-2、Survivin、PTEN基因蛋白表达无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 乳腺癌的部分声像特征与基因蛋白表达存在相关性。

      Objective To explore the relationship between sonography and expression of Cox-2, Survivin, PTEN in breast cancer. Methods Sixty-two patients of breast cancers were enrolled. Before surgical operation, all patients were examined with high-frequency linear array transducers, and the morphology of masses were described using two-dimensional sonography, then the blood flow signal in breast tumor tissues was detected with color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). After surgical excision, the tumor specimens were examined immunohistochemically to observe the expression of Cox-2, Survivin and PTEN, and the relationship between sonography and expression of geneproteins was analysed. Results Spiculation sign of sonography was correlated with the expression of Survivin in breast cancer. Axillary lymph node of sonography was correlated with the expression of Cox-2, Survivin and PTEN. Fluent blood flow sign of sonography was correlated with the expression of Survivin and Cox-2 in breast cancer. The high systolic velocity of sonography was correlated with the expression of Survivin and Cox-2 in breast cancer (P<0.05). The size, attenuation, calcification and resistance index of sonography had no correlation with the expression of Cox-2, Survivin and PTEN in breast cancer (P>0.05). Conclusion Some of the sonographical characteristics of breast cancer, such as speculation sign, affluent flow signal, higher systolic velocity, and enlargement of axilly lymph node are correlated with the gene-protein expression of Cox-2, Survivin and PTEN.
