      目的 探讨B-型超声在甲状腺相关眼病眼外肌厚度测量中的应用。方法 对30例甲状腺相关眼病患者(60只眼)及无甲状腺相关眼病27例(54只眼)两组采用B-型超声测量眼外肌厚度,计算眼外肌厚度平均值及眼外肌受累情况。结果 27例(54只眼)无甲状腺相关眼病组:下直肌(3.64±0.63)mm,内直肌(3.68±0.92)mm,上直肌(3.62±0.74)mm,外直肌(3.40±0.44)mm;30例(60只眼)甲状腺相关眼病组:下直肌(6.43±0.90)mm,受累54条(67.5%),内直肌(6.02±1.37)mm,受累44条(55%),上直肌(7.32±1.48)mm,受累33条(41.3%),外直肌(5.40±0.10)mm受累22条(27.5%);两组相比各直肌差异均存在显著统计学意义(P<0.05),甲状腺相关眼病组各条直肌较无甲状腺相关眼病组明显增厚。结论 B-型超声测量甲状腺相关眼病眼外肌厚度安全准确,对指导临床诊断、治疗具有实用价值。

      Objective To evaluate the B-scan ultrasound to extraocular rectus muscles of thyroid-related immune orbitopathy. Methods Extraocular rectus muscles of 30 patients (60 eyes) with thyroid-related immune orbitopathy and 27 patiens (54 eyes) without thyroid-related immune orbitopathy were measured by B-scan ultrasound. Results Extraocular rectus muscles of 27 patiens (54 eyes) without thyroid-related immune orbitopathy: the diameter of the inferior recus musule was (3.64±0.63)mm, medial rectus muscle was (3.68±0.92)mm, superior rectus muscle was (3.62±0.74)mm, the lateral rectus muscle was (3.40±0.44)mm. Extraocular rectus muscles of 30 patients (60 eyes) with thyroid-related immune orbitopathy: The diameter of the inferior recus musucle was (6.43±0.90)mm and 67.5% of inferior recus muscle involved, medial rectus muscle was (6.02±1.37)mm and 55% of medial recus muscle involved, superior rectus muscle was (7.32±1.48)mm and 41% of superior recus muscle involved, the lateral rectus muscle was (5.40±0.10)mm and 27.5% of lateral recus muscle involved. There was significant difference between the extraocular muscle thickness (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound measurement is a safe, accurate and practical method of diagnosing thyroid-related immune orbitopathy.
