| 目的 探讨高频超声引导下穿刺活检在小乳癌及乳腺癌前病变诊断和治疗中的临床价值。 方法 对超声发现的92例乳腺小病灶,在高频超声引导下进行穿刺活检取得病理结果,并与手术后病理进行对照。 结果 穿刺病理结果为56例乳腺癌、7例乳腺癌前病变及29例乳腺良性病变,91例与手术后病理结果相符,仅1例活检穿刺报告为腺病者手术后病理证实为导管内原位癌。超声引导下穿刺活检诊断乳腺癌和癌前病变的敏感性为100%,特异性为96.6％,准确性为98.9％。 结论 高频超声引导下对乳腺小病灶进行穿刺活检是安全、可靠的术前早期诊断方法。 |

| Objective To assess the value of high-frequency ultrasound guided core needle biopsy in diagnosing small breast cancer and precancer. Methods A total of 92 patients with breast small masses underwent high-frequency ultrasound guided core needle biopsy, and the results were compared with post-operation pathological diagnosis. Results The results of core needle biopsy included breast cancer in 56 patients, precancer in 7 patients with and benign breast lesion in 29 patients. One patient was diagnosed mastopathy by needle biopsy, but was confirmed to be breast intraductal carcinoma in situ by post-operation pathological examination. The sensibility, specificity and accuracy of the ultrasound guided puncture and biopsy was 100%, 96.6% and 98.9%, respectively. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound guided core needle biopsy is a safe and reliable diagnostic method for breast small mass before operation. It plays an important role in early diagnosis of breast cancer. |
