| 目的 评价云克(99mTc-MDP)配合131I治疗Graves病(GD)并Graves眼病(GO)的近期疗效。 方法 将131I治疗的95例GD和GO患者随机分为2组,研究组57例,于131I治疗后5~7天采用云克治疗GO,第1疗程10~15天,每天静脉推注云克4组(每组5 mg),第2疗程15~20天,每天静脉推注云克2组,第3疗程15~20天,每天静脉推注云克1组;对照组38例,于131I治疗后未用任何药物治疗GO。 结果 研究组的显效、有效和无效率分别为38.6％、43.9％和17.5％;对照组为13.2％、23.7％和63.1％,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。突眼程度越轻,疗效越好。 结论 云克配合131I治疗GD并GO有较好的疗效。 |

| Objective To evaluate the short term therapeutic effeciency of Yunke (99mTc-MDP)application combined with 131I on Graves disease (GD) complicated with Graves ophthalmopathy (GO). Methods Ninety-five patients with GD complicated with GO were randomly divided into trial group (57 cases) and control group (38 cases). The patients in the trail group were given Yunke treatment after 5-7 days of 131I treatment. The treatment consists of three courses: course one 10-15 days (4 groups, 5 mg/group) with Yunke intravenous drip daily, course two 15-20 days (2 groups, 5 mg/group) and course three 15-20 days (one group, 5 mg).The patients in the control group did not accept any drug after 131I treatment. Results The notable rates, effective rates and ineffective rates in the trial and control group was 38.6% and 13.2%, 43.9% and 23.7%, 17.5% and 63.1%, respectively. The results of the two groups were different statistically (P＜0.01). The lighter the degree of ophthalmoptosis was, the better the therapeutic efficacy in trial group was. Conclusion The treatment of Yunke combined with 131I is more effective than single 131I in the treatment of GD complicated with GO. |
