| 目的 探讨高频超声在成人阴囊闭合性损伤中的价值。方法 对40例经手术病理及随访证实的成人阴囊闭合性损伤的高频超声表现进行回顾性分析。结果 成人阴囊闭合性损伤声像图表现可分为阴囊壁血肿(8例), 睾丸挫伤(7例), 睾丸血肿(7例), 睾丸破裂(16例)和睾丸扭转(2例)五种类型。而血肿型可分为包膜下及睾丸内血肿,破裂型可分为部分破裂和完全破裂(碎裂)型。高频超声对阴囊闭合性损伤诊断准确率为97.5％(39/40)。结论 高频超声不仅能对成人阴囊闭合性损伤准确诊断,而且对指导治疗有重要价值。 |

| Objective To study the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasonography for closed scrotal trauma in adults. Methods Forty patients with closed scrotal trauma in adults diagnosed by high frequency ultrasonography were analysed retrospectively. Results The sonographic appearances of closed scrotal trauma in adults may be divided into five types: scrotal hematoma type (8 cases), contusion type (7 cases), hematoma type (7 cases), rupture type (16 cases) and torsion type (2 cases). Hematoma type could be subdivided into subcapsular hematoma type and hematoma type. Rupture type could be subdivided into partly rupture type and shatter type. The accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis of blunt scrotal trauma was 97.5％ (39/40). Conclusion The accurate diagnosis of scrotal trauma in adults can be made with high frequency ultrasonography. Ultrasonography also plays an important role in the strategy of treatment. |
