| 目的 探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)手腕关节病变的超声影像学特点及其诊断价值。方法 RA患者47例和健康志愿者30例,超声测量双侧腕关节、掌指关节滑膜的厚度、滑膜动脉阻力指数,观察有无关节积液、肌腱炎及骨侵蚀。 结果 47例RA患者中超声发现滑膜增厚47例,与健康志愿组差异有统计学意义。探测到血流信号41例,且血流分级与RI呈负相关。超声发现关节积液32例,肌腱周围炎性渗出25例,骨侵蚀19例。 结论 彩色多普勒超声检查有助于RA患者手腕关节病变的诊断。 |

| Objective To explore the color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) characteristics of wrist and hand damage in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients and its diagnostic value. Methods Wrist and hand of the 47 patients with RA and 30 healthy volunteers were examined by CDFI. The thickness of the synovium and resistive index (RI) were measured. The intra-articular fluid, tendonitis and bone erosions were observed. Results Articular synovial hyperplasia were found in all of the 47 patients with RA, significant difference was noted between the group of patients with RA and healthy volunteers. Of patients with RA, 41 were detected with flow signals, 32 with intra-articular fuild, 25 with peri-tendon inflammation effusion, 19 with bone erosions. There was a negative correlation in the flow sigal value and RI. Conclusion CDFI can be used in the diagnosis of wrist and hand damage of patients with RA. |
