目的 评价健康青年人比目鱼肌细胞内外脂质的1H-MRS的可重复性。 方法 对10名健康青年志愿者右腿比目鱼肌行1H-MRS检查,每位志愿者接受3次检查,每两次间隔2周。采用SAGE软件量化细胞内脂质峰(SIMCL)和细胞外脂质峰(SEMCL),然后分析不同时间和不同个体的差异性及相关性。 结果 成功采集30个体素的1H-MRS谱线。IMCL峰下面积均值为0.57±0.16,EMCL峰下面积均值为1.02±0.21。IMCL的三次检查间无显著差异(F=2.262,P=0.133),但有相关性(r1-2=0.986, r2-3=0.985, r1-3=0.991,P<0.05),不同个体间IMCL有显著差异(F=216.315,P<0.05),IMCL与体重有明显相关性(r=0.717,P<0.05)。EMCL在不同时间和不同个体之间均无显著差异及相关性。IMCL与EMCL间无相关性。 结论 IMCL峰是标识不同个体差异的重要峰,在一定的时间范围内具有可重复性。 |

Objective To investigate the reproducibility of intramyocellular lipid and extramyocellular lipid in normal young subjects’ soleus muscles by proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS). Methods 1H-MRS was performed in 10 normal young subjects with GE 1.5T MRI/MRS system. Each subject had three exams with two weekd interval. Metabolic peaks of intramyocellular lipid (IMCL) and extramyocellular lipid (EMCL) were quantified by SAGE, then analysis the statistic difference and correlation in different time and people. Results 1H-MRS was successful obtained in 10 subjects every time. The area under IMCL and EMCL peaks (SIMCL and SEMCL) was 0.57±0.16 and 1.02±0.21 respectively. No significant differences were found in SIMCL measurements among the three groups. The correlations between different times were significant with correlation coefficient from 0.985 to 0.991 (P<0.05). SIMCL had strongly correlation with weight of the subject (r=0.717, P<0.05). SEMCL appeared no statistic difference and correlation in three times and ten people. Conclusion IMCL is a typical peak in muscle 1H-MRS for different subjects, and can be measured repeatly in a period of time. |
