| 目的 探讨软组织弹力纤维瘤的声像图特征,评价高频超声在弹力纤维瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析20例经手术、病理证实的皮下弹力纤维瘤患者的声像图及病理形态学特征,总结其声像图特点。 结果 20例共23个病灶,病变分布部位包括背部肩胛区16个,前胸壁4个,前臂3个;19个病灶表现为扁圆形肿块,边界不清,以中强回声为主,可见条索样高低回声;3个发生在前臂和1个发生在前胸壁者表现为皮下软组织的增厚,回声增强,其内可见少量条状低回声;所有病灶均未探及血流信号。结论 弹力纤维瘤具有较为特征性的声像图表现,典型者结合解剖位置,超声检查可术前明确诊断,宜作为首选检查方法。 |

| Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic characteristics of elastofibroma, and to assess the value of high frequency ultrasonography in the diagnosis of superficial elastofibroma. Methods Twenty cases of elastofibroma confirmed by pathology after surgical resection were included in this study, and all the sonographic images were reviewed compared with pathologic findings. Results Twenty-three masses were found in 20 cases in this study, 16 in the scapula’s inferior angle regions, 4 in the anterior chest walls, and 3 in the forearms. Most of the masses were shaped ovally with an unclear contour. Among the 23 masses, 19 appeared to be hyperechogenic, interchanging hyperechogenicity and hypoechogenicity, and 3 found in the forearms and 1 in the anterior chest wall appeared as the thickening of subcutaneous soft-tissue with enhanced echogenicity and minute striation of hypogenicity. Blood flow was usually absent in the masses. Conclusion Most of elastofibromas have typical sonographic features. High frenquency ultrasonography can be regarded as the first choice in preoperative diagnosis of superficial elastofibroma. |
