目的 建立小鼠结肠癌CT-26皮下移植瘤模型,探讨用高场强MR对其行多鼠MR研究的价值。 方法 于小鼠腋部皮下注射CT-26细胞悬液,3周后行多鼠MR检查(一次4只荷瘤小鼠),观察肿瘤的大小及特征,并取肿瘤标本做病理切片检查。 结果 建立了小鼠结肠癌皮下移植瘤模型,并成功尝试了采用1.5T MR行多鼠MR检查,获得的MR图像可较为清晰的显示肿瘤的位置、大小、形态、内部信号及其向周围生长情况等。MR测量所得的肿瘤体积与病理测量结果密切相关(r=0.993, P<0.01),较大体测量与病理所测结果间的相关性更高(r=0.928, P<0.01)。 结论 1.5T MR行多鼠MR检查能无创性、清晰地显示小鼠结肠癌移植瘤模型皮下瘤灶的生长情况。 |

Objective To establish transplanted tumor model of colorectal carcinoma subcutaneously in mice, and to explore value of their multiple-mouse MRI in the 1.5T magnetic resonance scanner. Methods The tumor cells (CT-26) was implanted subcutaneously on the right axillary region of BALB/c mice. Three weeks later, four tumor-bearing mice were scanned with a clinical 1.5T superconductive MR system to analyze the tumor growth and their character. The tumor preparations were taken out for pathological examination. Results The transplanted tumor model of colorectal carcinoma subcutaneously in mice were established, and multiple-mouse MRI was performed successfully. The location, size, appearance signal and encroachment of the tumor were displayed distinctly in these MR image. The correlation between MRI results and pathological results (r=0.993, P<0.01) is closer, which is larger than the correlation between the results measured by means of calipers and pathological results (r=0.928, P<0.01). Conclusion The growth and character of the transplanted tumor model of colorectal carcinoma subcutaneously in mice is displayed distinctly and noninvasively in multiple-mouse MRI. |
