      目的 利用多模态MR动态观察兔短暂脑缺血再灌注后缺血半暗带的系列变化。 方法 新西兰白兔49只,随机分为缺血再灌注组(n=35)和对照组(n=14),各组根据时间点又分为再灌注0.5、1、2、4、6、12、24 h,7个亚组。再灌注前15 min和再灌注后30 min、1、2、4、6、12、24 h进行多序列MRI检查,包括DWI、DSC-PWI、FAIR、T2WI和T1WI。 结果 DSC-PWI和FAIR与DWI最大层面不匹配区面积均随时间的推移而逐渐减小,两者比较除0.5 h无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各时间点比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但FAIR测得的面积比DSC-PWI较高。 结论 DSC-PWI半暗带图和FAIR半暗带图均能灵敏地确定半暗带的存在及其存在时间和范围,但FAIR容易高估半暗带的存在。

      Objective Using several multi modol MRI techniques to monitor the dynamic changes of ischemic penumbra in rabbit transient ischemia reperfusion models. Methods Forty-nine New Zealand white rabbits were randomly allocated into ischemia-reperfusion group (n=35) and control group (n=14), each group was divided into seven subsets of ischemia 30 min and reperfusion 0.5 hour, 1 hour, 2 hour, 4 hour, 6 hour, 12 hour, 24 hour. Including diffusion-weighted imaging, dynamic susceptibility contrast perfusion-weighted imaging, flow-sensitive alternating inversion recovery, T2-weighted imaging, and T1-weighted imaging, was performed 15 before reperfusion, as well as 30 minutes and 1, 2, 4, 6, 12 and 24 hours after withdrawal of the suture. Results DSC-PWI and FAIR ischemia penumbra chart showed that the area of max-deck mismatch gradually diminished along with the time going by. The max-deck mismatch area was possessing statistics meaning in every time point (P<0.05) except 0.5 hour (P>0.05) between FAIR and DSC-PWI, but the observed area in FAIR was higher than in DSC-PWI. Conclusion DSC-PWI and FAIR ischemia penumbra chart could sensitively ascertain IP existence, its existed time and area, but FAIR overestimated IP existence easily.
