      目的 评价基波成像和组织谐波成像在诊断膀胱癌及术前分期的价值。 方法 所用仪器为GE Voluson 730 彩色多普勒显像仪,凸阵探头频率为3.75 MHz,配有组织谐波显像技术,谐波频率为4.8 MHz。本组资料来源于2006至2007年间76例疑似膀胱癌的病人,全部病例均经手术病理证实。 结果 基波成像、谐波成像对膀胱癌的诊断符合率、术前分期、对膀胱癌膀胱局部情况及膀胱外转移情况检出率分别为89.4%和96.1%;60.3%和89.7%;44.8%和89.7%。二者比较,经统计学χ2检验P<0.01,差异显著。结论 本研究表明,在对膀胱癌诊断、术前分期及膀胱癌膀胱局部情况及膀胱外转移情况检出方面,组织谐波成像优于基波成像。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the application value of two-dimensional foundmental imaging (FI) ultrasonography and tissue harmonic imaging (THI) in diagnosing and staging bladder cancer. Methods All examinations were conducted by model GE VOLUSON 730 Scanner with 3.75 MHz linear probe, providing tissue harmonic imaging technique with 4.8 MHz. We examined 76 patients who were suspicious of bladder cancer from 2006 to 2007. Final diagnosis was established by surgery and pathology. Results Of FI and THI for bladder cancer, diagnostic and staging accuracy rates before operation and accuracy rates of metastasis and invasion of local tissue and organs were 89.4% and 96.1%, 60.3% and 89.7%, 44.8% and 89.7% respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion In the respects of diagnosis and staging before operation as well as finding metastasis and invasion of local tissue and organs of bladder cancer, THI was superior to FI ultrasonography.
