| 目的 评价超声造影和增强螺旋CT对胆囊癌的诊断价值。 方法 对比分析26例经手术、病理证实的胆囊癌的超声造影和CT增强的影像表现。 结果 超声造影和CT增强具有相似的表现。26例中,厚壁型14例,肿块型7例,腔内结节型5例。超声造影确诊23例,CT增强确诊22例,两者结合确诊25例,误诊1例。 结论 超声造影和CT增强扫描对于胆囊癌的诊断均很敏感且价值很高,结合两者可提高该病的确诊率。 |

| Objective To assess the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and contrast-enhanced helical CT in diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods CEUS and contrast-enhanced helical CT findings were comparatively analyzed in 26 cases with gallbladder carcinoma verified by operations and pathology. Results CEUS and contrast-enhanced CT had similar manifestations for gallbladder carcinoma. Of the 26 cases, the wall thickening in 14, the mass in 7, intraluminal nodular pattern in 5. Correct diagnoses were obtained in 23 by CEUS, while 22 by contrast-enhanced helical CT. Combining CT with CEUS diagnosed 25, misdiagnosed one patient. Conclusion Both CEUS and contrast-enhanced helical CT are sensitive and accurate in diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma, it can raise the diagnostic rate to combine CEUS and contrast-enhanced helical CT. |
