| Cortical thickness measurement based on MR images is a relative newly technique, which could carry out quantitative analysis of brain gray matter in vivo. In this paper, we introduce the basic processing steps of cortical thickness measurement and the current state-of-the-art methods; at last, we compare the efficiency and precision of these algorithms. |
