磁敏感加权成像(SWI)是一种可由各组织磁敏感性差异而产生图像对比,进而可对各组织显影的新技术。与传统磁共振成像方式相比,SWI在静脉显影方面具有独特的优势,可应用于脑肿瘤,脑出血或其他有静脉参与的病灶研究,从而有效改善对这些疾病的诊断。要利用SWI显示清晰的静脉血管影像需要进行复杂的图像后处理。本文对SWI技术、临床应用和与之相关的图像后处理进行了综述和讨论。 |

Susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) is a new imaging technology based on the susceptibility difference of different tissues, it can make better contrast between different tissues. Compared with the traditional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), SWI provides the unique superiority for the vein imaging, and can be used on the research of cerebral tumor, cerebral hemorrhage or other nidus with veins and improve the diagnosis on these diseases effectively. In order to show the vein blood vessel clearly using SWI, complicated image post-processing technology is needed.This review focuses on SWI, its clinical application and the related image post-processing technology. |
