| 目的 研究时间分辨对比剂动态显像技术(TRICKS)在四肢肌肉骨骼肿瘤中的应用价值。 方法 对22例四肢肌肉骨骼肿瘤行常规平扫,注入对比剂后应用TRICKS技术行动态血管造影,最后行常规增强扫描,分析全部病例的图像质量和病变显示情况并与手术病理对照。结果 所有病例均顺利完成TRICKS检查,TRICKS图像动态显示了动静脉的充盈情况和动脉结构。定性诊断与病理诊断相符。结论 TRICKS技术操作简单,能够在不影响常规增强扫描的情况下动态的观察血管情况,可以作为四肢骨骼软组织肿瘤MR检查的常规序列。 |

| Objective To study the valve of time-resolved imaging of contrast kinetics (TRICKS) in the diagnosis of extremity musculoskeletal neoplasms. Methods First, 22 cases of extremity musculoskeletal neoplasms were scanned with conventional sequences. Second, contrast medium was injected and TRICKS was performed, then enhanced images were obtained in axial plane, sagittal plane and coronal plane. The overall image quality and the demonstration of neoplasms were analyzed, and the qualitative diagnosis was compared with surgical and pathological results. Results TRICKS was successfully performed in all patients. TRICKS demonstrated the arterio-venous structures dynamically. The qualitative diagnosis was consistent with surgical and pathological results. Conclusion The operation of TRICKS is simple, and it can observe arterio-venous structures without interfere enhanced scan. TRICKS should be a conventional sequence in the examination of extremity musculoskeletal diseases. |
