| 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)增强扫描心脏、血管成像技术对法洛四联症(TOF)及其伴发畸形的诊断价值。方法 分析23例经手术证实的TOF的MSCT资料,并与经胸心脏二维超声(TTE)结果比较。结果 MSCT及TTE对TOF四个基本畸形的诊断符合率分别为97.8%及94.6%,对于肺动脉分支及其他伴发畸形的诊断符合率分别为95.2%(20/21)及23.8%(5/21)。结论 MSCT客观清晰地显示TOF的病理解剖形态,且显示肺动脉分支及伴发畸形明显优于TTE,对指导外科手术及评估预后提供重要依据。 |

| Objective To explore the value of three-dimensional reformated technique with contrast enhancement of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) for the diagnosis of tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) and it’s accompanying malformation. Methods The MSCT data of 23 patients confirmed by surgery were retrospectively analyzed, and all the patients were compared with transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) before surgery. Results The accuracy of MSCT and TTE in diagnosis of the four basic malformation in TOF was 97.8%, and 94.6%. On the other hand, in detecting the branches of pulmonary artery and the accompanying malformation, the accuracy of MSCT and TTE was 95.2%(20/21), and 23.8%(5/21), respectively. Conclusion MSCT may be used to clearely display the pathologic anatomy of TOF, which is superior to TTE remarkably in the diagnosis of the branches of pulmonary artery and the accompanying malformation. Therefore, as a non-invading technique, MSCT can provide essential evidence in guiding surgical operation and evaluating prognosis. |
