       目的 评价64层螺旋CT对牙周炎早期根分叉病变的诊断价值。方法 在猪下颌骨上制备早期根分叉破坏模型,分别用传统X线方法和64层螺旋CT方法进行检查诊断。结果 在早期根分叉破坏状态下,传统X线片无法明确判断出根分叉病变,而64层螺旋CT扫描重建则能够非常明确地看到牙槽骨的病变破坏。结论 使用64层螺旋CT对牙周炎早期根分叉病变有较可靠的诊断价值。
英文摘要:
      Objective To assess the value of diagnosis of early furcation involvement of molars by 64-silce spiral CT. Methods Furcation involvement lesion models were prepared in a pig mandible. Exam the models by conventional X-ray and 64-silce spiral CT, observing whether the lesions can be diagnosed. Results Five clinical dentists couldn’t judge the lesions by conventional X-ray, while the 64-silce spiral CT could reveal the lesions clearly. Conclusion 64-silce spiral CT can detect early furcation involvement of molars more reliably.
