目的 探讨低场MR梯度回波化学位移成像技术在肝脏病变的诊断价值。方法 使用0.3T开放式MRI系统,对21例伴有脂肪变性的原发性肝细胞癌和经CT确诊的31例特殊肝脂肪变性病例进行常规MR和屏气化学位移成像,并与CT对照分析。结果 所有病变的脂肪变性区在反相位(OP)像上信号强度均较同相位(IP)有明显降低, 图像质量达到诊断要求。结论 只要技术应用得当,低场MR同样可以取得符合诊断要求的IP和OP图像,对诊断肝脂肪变性和确定肝脏病变内是否含有脂肪成分有显著价值。 |

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of low field MR gradient-echo chemical shift imaging in hepatic lesions. Methods Twenty-one patients of hepatocellular carcinoma with fatty metamorphosis and 31 patients with particular hepatic fatty metamorphosis underwent conventional MR and breath-hold chemical shift imaging with 0.3T open MRI system, and comparative analysis with CT was made. Results The signal intensity of the areas of fatty metamorphosis of all lesions dropped significantly from IP to OP. The images were fine and distinct for diagnosis. Conclusion It was proved that clear IP and OP image for diagnosis can also be obtained by low field MR imaging system if this technique was properly applied, and be helpful to diagnose hepatic fatty metamorphosis and detection of lipid component within hepatic lesions. |
