目的 利用超微超顺磁氧化铁粒子(USPIO)作为巨噬细胞的特异标记物检测动脉粥样硬化不稳定斑块。方法 利用内膜损伤+高脂喂养的方法建立动脉粥样硬化兔模型15只作为实验组,5只正常新西兰大白兔作为对照组,实验动物行MRI平扫后静脉注射对比剂USPIO进行增强MRI扫描,连续跟踪扫描6天。在TOF-2D的MIP图像上观察增强后血管壁的变化,测量血管壁SNR值变化及观察血管腔面积减少百分比值(M)。与组织病理对照,评价USPIO检测不稳定斑块的价值。结果 USPIO增强后的TOF-2D的MIP图像血管壁在增强后第4天呈明显充盈缺损影,T2WI序列的血管壁增强后第4天SNR值降至最低,较增强前有明显变化 (P<0.01);病理证实TOF-2D序列横断面图像血管腔面积减少百分比值(M)与Perl’s铁染色区具较好的相关性(y=172.1x+0.6;r=0.78;P<0.05)。结论 USPIO增强MRI扫描有助于检测不稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块。 |

Objective To evaluate the ability of USPIO enhanced MRI to quantify unstable atherosclerotic plaque of hypercholesterolemia rabbits. Methods Atherosclerosis model had been established by double balloon aorta injury in hypercholesterolemia rabbits. The rabbits were examined by MRI with USPIO for 6 days. The change of vascular wall in image with TOF-2D was observed to define the RIO of vessel wall and detect the SNR. Compared with tissue pathology, the effect of detecting unstable arthrosclerosis with USPIO was evaluated. Results Luminal irregularities were visible in the injured aorta four days after injection of USPIO in the images of MIP. The signal intensity of injured arterial wall was gradually decreasing and the lowest on the fourth day (P<0.01). The percentage reduction in luminal area in the injured aorta strongly correlated with the Perl-positive (y=172.1x+0.6; r=0.78; P<0.05). Conclusion USPIO enhanced MRI can quantify atherosclerotic plaque of hypercholesterolemia rabbits. |
