| Mesenchymal chondrosarcoma is more uncommon than conventional chondrosarcoma, which frequently occurs in the skeletal system and extraskeletal tissues. However, the primary venous mesenchymal chondrosarcoma is extremely rare. We present here two unusual cases of primary venous mesenchymal chondrosarcoma found by color Doppler flow imaging and contrast enhanced ultrasonography; one aroused from right external iliac vein with intracaval and intracardiac extension and another from right superficial femoral vein. Both of two cases were treated by operation and confirmed by histopathology. We include a brief review of literatures. |
