| 目的 探讨肾恶性肿瘤超声造影的超声特征表现并与病理结果进行对照分析。方法 回顾性分析肾细胞癌(RCC)88例,均经手术病理证实。结果 88例RCC中,透明细胞肾细胞癌(CCRCC)72例,乳头状肾细胞癌(PRCC)6例,嫌色细胞肾细胞癌(CRCC)4例,肾母细胞瘤4例,转移性肾癌2例(乳腺癌1例、淋巴瘤1例)。超声造影呈"快进快退"75例,"快进慢退"10例,"慢进慢退"3例。结论 超声造影对早期肾细胞癌的明确诊断治疗具有十分重要的临床价值。 |

| Objective To characterize the image of renal malignant neoplasms on contrast-enhanced harmonic sonography. Methods Eighty-eight patients with renal cell carcinomas were detected by contrast-enhanced sonography. All patients with renal cell carcinomas were proved by operation and pathology. Results The renal cell carcinomas included 72 clear cell renal carcinomas (CCRCC), 4 chromophobe renal carcinomas (CRCC), 6 papillary renal cell carcinomas (PRCC), 4 nephioblatoma, 2 metastatic renal carcinoma (including 1 breast cancer, 1 lymphoma). Enhancement patterns of contrast-enhanced sonography in the renal neoplasms were showed 75 fast wash-in and fast wash-out,10 fast wash-in and slow wash-out, 3 slow wash-in and slow wash-out. Conclution The contrast-enhanced harmonic sonography is a useful techniche in diagnosis the renal cell carcinomas. |
