| 目的 评价血液透析患者颈动脉扩张性和正常人的差异。方法 利用高频超声,通过彩色流速流量定量技术测量40例血液透析患者及40例正常人颈动脉的收缩期和舒张期内径,计算颈动脉的扩张性系数和僵硬度。要求所有受试者的血压都小于140/90 mmHg。结果 方差分析显示,透析时间小于24个月的血液透析患者与正常对照组相比,扩张性系数明显减低,动脉僵硬度明显增加。血液透析患者的脉压(56.6±11.3)mmHg较正常人的 (38.0±4.9)mmHg明显增大(P＜0.01)。结论 血液透析较正常受试者的动脉壁弹性减低。 |

| Objective To evaluate carotid artery distensibility in patients with hemodialysis. Methods Systolic and diastolic diameter of carotid artery in 40 patients with hemodialysis and 40 control subjects were measured using high-frequency ultrasound, and calculating distensibility coefficient and stiffness degree of carotid artery. The arterial blood pressure of all patients was <140/90 mmHg. Results The univariate analysis between two the groups indicated that distensbility coefficient and stiffness degree of carotid artery of dialysis patients and healthy subjects was very significantly different (P＜0.01).The significant difference (P＜0.01) was present between pulse pressure of hemodialysis patients (56.6±11.3)mmHg and of healthy subjects (38.0±4.9)mmHg. Conclusion The elastic properties of arterial wall in dialysis patients are decreased compared dialysis patients with control subjects. |
