脑水肿是新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的早期病理生理学改变,DWI、DTI可以准确监测脑水肿的影像信号变化过程。近来研究表明AQP-4与脑水肿关系密切,并与新生儿HIE脑水肿的DWI、DTI表现相关联。现对AQP-4与新生儿HIE脑水肿的发生机制及其DWI、DTI特征的相关性进行综述。 |

Brain edema is one of the early symptoms of HIE. DWI and DTI are very efficient in detecting the signal changing of brain edema. It is recently indicated that AQP-4 shows close relation with brain edema, and with DWI, DTI features of brain edema in neonate with HIE. This review summarises the relation between the mechanism and DWI, DTI features of brain edema and AQP-4 in neonate with HIE. |
