| 目的 描述Kallmann综合征的MR表现,探讨其MR影像特征。方法 对5例经临床证实的Kallmann综合征患者进行了MR检查。分析本病磁共振表现特征。结果 5例患者MR检查均有嗅觉系统异常MR表现。5例嗅球未见显示,2例嗅沟未见显示,3例嗅沟发育不全,2例伴垂体前叶发育不全。结论 Kallmann综合征的MR表现具有一定特征性,结合临床,可做出正确诊断。 |

| Objective To summarize MR characteristics of Kallmann syndrome and discuss MR diagnostic value in this disease. Methods The MR imaging of five clinically proved patients with Kallmann syndrome(KS) were retrospectively studied. Results Five patients with clinical findings suggestive of KS were evaluated with MRI. All patients had abnormalities of olfactory system. Olfactory bulbs were absent in all patients. Olfactory sulci were absent in two patients and hypoplastic in three patients. Anterior pituitary was hypoplastic in two patients. Conclusion The MRI findings in Kallmann syndrome are characteristic, and MRI is a useful adjunct to the diagnosis of Kallmann syndrome. |
