| The occurrence of the Parkinson's disease (PD) olfactory dysfunction is early than its movement disorders. This character can be used to early diagnose PD and differentiate PD with Parkinsonism. The objectivity of olfactory system MRI examination is higher than clinical olfactory assessment. This article reviews the physiopathology of olfactory system in PD and MRI research progress in its olfactory dysfunction. |
