| 目的 观察第4脑室正中孔周围肿瘤的MR表现,探讨其诊断价值及临床意义。 方法 搜集经手术病理证实的第四脑室正中孔周围发生的肿瘤12例,其中男7例,女5例,行横断、冠状及矢状面SE序列扫描,及钆喷替酸葡甲胺(Gd-DTPA)增强扫描。 结果 室管膜瘤5例,髓母细胞瘤3例,脑膜瘤2例,星形细胞瘤1例,血管母细胞瘤1例。定位诊断12例均正确,定性诊断10例正确。 结论 常规MR检查方法中矢状位成像对第4脑室正中孔周围肿瘤的定位诊断意义较大,结合临床及其他影像表现对其定性诊断有一定帮助。 |

| Objective To observe and evaluate MR image features of tumor around median foramen of the forth ventricle.Methods Twelve cases of tumor around median foramen of forth ventricle with operative and pathologic identification were studied by MR imaging. There were 7 males and 5 females. Results Five cases were ependymoma, 3 cases was medulloblastomas, 2 cases was meningeoma, 1 case was astrocytoma and 1 case were hemangioblastoma. All cases were diagnosed correctly for localization, and 10 cases were diagnosed correctly for nature. Conclusion The sagittal image was helpful for localization of tumor around median foramen of forth ventricle. Combined with clinical and other MR features, the tumors could be defined. |
