      目的 探讨MRI温度图监控聚焦超声波开放家兔血脑屏障(BBB)的可行性及安全性。 方法 20只家兔分3组,分空白对照组、超声组和超声+微泡组,分别在1.1 MHz聚焦超声波,10 W功率下照射不同时间,从6~20 s不等。照射过程中应用MRIGRE序列实施实时监测焦点温度变化图,照射后进行MRIT2扫描和T1造影增强扫描,病理学检查。 结果 平均温度44.6℃到48.8℃之间、峰值温度45.9℃~51.6℃之间,可见BBB开放,而脑组织未见明显坏死,而在此温度之上,则有明显的脑组织坏死。 结论 MRI实时温度图可以预测聚焦超声开放家兔BBB过程中的脑组织改变,并监控其安全范围。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigated the temperature threshold of tissue damage during focused ultrasound disrupting rabbit blood-brain barrier (BBB). Methods Three groups of rabbits were sonicated. One was the contral, second group was sonicated by focused ultradound, and the third sonicated by focused ultrasound with enjection of microbubble before each sonication. All 59 locations in 20 rabbits were sonicated with the guide of MRI. MRI temperature maps were got during each sonication, T2 weighted images and contrast enhanced T1 weighted images were gained after sonications. Histological examinations were executed after sonications. Results It was found that bellow the average temperature 44.6℃ to 48.8℃, peak temperature 45.9℃ to 51.6℃, BBB was disrupted while tissue damage was not found. Conclution It was regarded that average temperature 48.8℃ and peak temperature 51.6℃ could be the threshold of brain tissue damage during focused ultrasound disrupting rabbit BBB. MRI-derived thermometry could be able to predict tissue changes in the brain.
