| 超声斑点追踪技术不受心脏整体运动影响且无角度依赖性，是评价心肌扭转运动的新的量化指标。本文对斑点追踪技术在评价正常及病理状态下心脏的扭转运动形式中的应用等问题进行综述，表明斑点追踪技术是检测心肌扭转形变特征的可靠方法，将具有广阔的应用前景。 |

| Speckle tracking imaging may represent a new, powerful method for quantifying ventricular torsion and be independent of global cardiac function and angle dependency. In this paper we analyze the characteristics of ventricular torsion in normal heart and various pathologic states. This novel method－speckle tracking imaging may detect myocardial torsion deformation noninvasively, and be promising in clinical application. |
