      目的 大量心包积液对左室局部收缩期峰值二维应变的影响。 方法 采集17例大量心包积液患者与18例正常对照者心尖位左室长轴、二腔、四腔切面以及左室短轴(二尖瓣、乳头肌、心尖水平)切面的高帧频动态二维图像。用心尖双平面Simpson法测量左室射血分数(EF)。比较大量心包积液与对照组各参数测值。 结果 尽管大量心包积液患者左室射血分数与正常人差异无显著性意义( % vs %,P>0.05),但其所有短轴径向、大部分纵向、部分圆周收缩期峰值二维应变指标较正常人减小,差异有显著性意义。 结论 大量心包积液对收缩期峰值纵向应变和收缩期峰值径向应变存在一定的影响。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the effect of pericardial effusion (PE) on regional left ventricular two-dimensional peak systolic strain. Methods Seventeen PE patients and 18 healthy subjects were included in the study. High frame rate two-dimensional images were recorded from the left ventricular short-axis views at the levels of mitral annulus, papillary muscle and apex, and the apical four-chamber view, two-chamber view and long-axis of the left ventricle. The longitudinal peak systolic strain was measured in the apical views. Radial and circumferential peak systolic strain were measured in the left ventricular short-axis views using speckle tracking technique. LV ejection fraction (EF) was measured with biplane Simpsom’s method. Results Although there was no significant difference in EF between the PE patients and healthy subjects ( % vs %,P>0.05), all of radial peak systolic strain, majority of longitudinal peak systolic strain and some of circumferential peak systolic strain significantly reduced in PE patients. Conclusion Pericardial effusion can decrease regional left ventricular radial and longitudinal peak systolic strain.
