| 目的 了解育龄期健康妇女18F-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG) PET/CT显像中盆腔内18F-FDG高摄取灶中生理性的和良性的原因。方法 对87例健康育龄妇女 随机进行18F-FDG PET/CT盆腔显像。结果 有18例(20.69%)盆腔内共发现18F-FDG摄取增高灶21个,其中的原因顺位从高到低排列分别是成熟卵泡(或黄体前期)11灶(10人,11.49％),宫颈炎和子宫内膜炎7灶(5人,5.75％),月经期子宫内膜损伤2灶(2人,2.30％),子宫肌瘤并发包膜炎症1灶(1人,1.15％)。11灶成熟卵泡(或黄体前期)高代谢灶三维的最大径均值分别是(13.36±3.32) mm,(11.64±2.50) mm和(14.27±2.69) mm,SUVmax均值是6.16±1.88。结论 育龄妇女成熟卵泡(或黄体前期)、月经期子宫内膜损伤等生理性改变,及宫颈炎和子宫内膜炎症等良性改变也可以导致18F-FDG摄取增高。 |

| Objective To understand the causes of physiological and benign focus high uptake 18F-FDG of PET/CT imaging of the healthy females' pelvis in the child-bearing age. Methods Eighty-seven cases of healthy females' pelvis in the child-bearing age (range 33-50 years, average age 43.46±4.88 years) were all random scanned by 18F-FDG PET/CT. Results Twenty-one focuses high uptake 18F-FDG were found in 18 cases (20.69%). Causes arrange from high to low were mature oocytes (or prophase lutein) (11 focuses in 10 cases, 11.49％), cervicitis and endometrium inflammatory (7 focuses in 5 cases, 5.75％), endometrium damnification (2 focus in 2 case, 2.30％), hysteromyoma with envelope inflammatory (1 focus in 1 case, 1.15％). The three-dimensional extents of mature oocytes (or prophase lutein ) were (13.36±3.32) mm,(11.64±2.50) mm and (14.27±2.69) mm. The average of maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax ) of the mature oocytes (or prophase lutein ) was 6.16±1.88. Conclusion Popular causes like physiological, such as mature oocytes (or prophase lutein), endometrium damnification, cervicitis and endometrium inflammatory benign changed were high uptake 18F-FDG of the healthy females' pelvis in the child-bearing age. |
