| 目的 评价64排螺旋CT增强扫描及后处理相结合对肾脏移植术后肾功能及术后并发症的诊断价值。方法 12例接受肾脏移植手术的患者,其中1例接受肝肾移植联合移植,行64排螺旋CT增强多期扫描,并同时对所得图像数据不同期像进行特定的三维重建。结果 12例患者中1例患者显示移植肾门水平可见软组织密度包块;1例显示移植肾盂肾盏扩张积液;2例显示移植肾脏功能不良,1例显示移植肾肾盂输尿管管壁增厚;1例显示盆腔积液;1例显示动脉期皮髓质界限分界欠清晰,经临床分析考虑轻度排斥反应;其余6例肾脏强化程度正常,肾血管无狭窄,肾脏排泄功能正常。结论 64排螺旋CT增强多期扫描及后处理相结合可对移植肾脏功能进行初步评价,对血管源性及排斥反应可提高一定程度的检出率。 |

| Objective To evaluate the value of 64-slice spiral CT and postprocessing technique in evaluation of the function and complications of transplanted kidneys. Methods Twelve patients underwent kidney transplantation were scanned by 64-slice spiral CT before and after enhancement, one of them underwent simultaneous pancreatic kidney transplantation,source images were transported into a workstation to reconstruct. Results In the 12 cases of transplanted kidney, MSCT found 1 case had a soft tissue density mas at the level of the hilu of the transplanted kidney; 1 case showed pyelocaliectasis with fluidify of transplanted kidney; 2 cases showed the transplanted kidney is cacergasia; 1 case showed the cavitas pelvis with fluidify;1 case in the arterial phase the cortex and the medullary substance couldn’t be demarcated, hint slightly acute rejection; the other 6 cases showed normal kidney. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT with its postprocessing technique is helpful for evaluation of the function of transplanted kidney and demonstration most of the complications of transplanted kidney. |
