| 目的 探讨子痫前期子宫螺旋动脉血流动力学改变。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声对子痫前期孕妇26例,正常孕妇30例,在未经任何药物治疗前,检测子宫螺旋动脉血流动力学参数PI、RI、S/D值。结果 ①子宫螺旋动脉血流动力学参数子痫前期组较对照组PI值、RI值、S/D比值增高,且有显著统计学差异(P<0.001)。子痫前期重度组与轻度组比较各血流动力学参数值均增高,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。②子痫前期各组和对照组围产儿预后不良发生率比较,子痫前期重度组围产儿预后不良发生率高于轻度组和对照组,且差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 彩色多普勒超声检测子宫螺旋动脉血流动力学变化有助于子痫前期严重程度的判定及胎儿预后的预测,具有临床实用价值。 |

| Objective To study the hemodynamic changes of spiral arteries of the uterus in patients with pre-eclampsia. Methods Color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect hemodynamic parameter: PI, RI, S/D of spiral arteries of uterus in twenty-sixpregnant women with pre-eclampsia and thirty normal pregnant women before medical treament. Results ①The uterine spiral artery hemodynamics parameters PI, RI, S/D in pre-eclampsia group were higher than those in normal group (P<0.001). The hemodynamic parameters in pond-grade group were higher than those in low-grade group who caught pre-eclampsia. There were conspicuous difference in statistics (P<0.01). ②The prognosis mala incidence rates of fetal in perinatal stage were different in pre-eclampsia group and normal group, it was higher in pond-grade group than that in low-grade group (P<0.01). Conclusion It is helpful to assess the degree of pre-eclampsia and predict fetal prognosis by using color Doppler ultrasound, it has clinical practical value. |
