| 目的 探讨乳腺癌的彩色多普勒超声血流特点及红外热成像特征与腋窝淋巴结转移的关系,进而评价其在预后判断中的价值。方法 将术前67个单侧浸润性乳腺癌(有腋窝淋巴结转移即LN+,31例;无腋窝淋巴结转移即LN-,36例)的彩色多普勒超声血流参数(Vmas,RI,PI)及红外热像图的病变部位与对侧镜像部位的平均温差(AT)分别与术后乳腺癌的液窝淋巴结转移情况进行比较分析。结果 LN+组的彩色多普勒血流RI值及红外热像图的AT值均明显高于LN-组(分别P=0.007, P=0.002),而二组间的彩色多普勒血流的Vmax值及PI值均无显著性差异(分别P=0.26, P=0.18)。结论 彩色多普勒血流RI值及红外热像图的AT值与乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移密切相关,二者结合对乳腺癌预后判断具有重要意义。 |

| Objective To investigate the correlation between the characteristics of color Doppler flow combined with thermography and the incidence of lymph node metastasis in breast cancer, and furthermore to evaluate its prognostic value. Methods Color Doppler flow parameters (Vmas, RI, PI) and the difference of mean temperatures of the tumor area and corresponding area of the contralateral breast (defined as AT) were respectively compared with axillary lymph node status in 67 female patients with unilateral invasive breast cancer (31 cases with axillary lymph node metastases, LN+; 36 cases without, LN-). Results Tumors of LN+ group had significantly higher RI and AT compared to the tumors of LN- group (P=0.007 and P=0.002, respectively), but Vmax and PI had no difference between the two groups. Conclusion Both of RI an AT were significantly correlated with axillary lymph node status in invasive breast cancer, positively. RI combined with AT might be a more useful prognostic factor for invasive breast cancer. |
