目的 研究乳腺浸润性导管癌X线征象与VEGF-C、Flt-4表达及淋巴管生成的相关性。方法 经病理证实的60例乳腺浸润性导管癌,术前均经X线检查,术后标本进行免疫组化染色,检测VEGF-C、Flt-4的表达水平及淋巴管密度,分析其表达与X线征象的关系。结果 乳腺浸润性导管癌中VEGF-C与Flt-4的高表达与淋巴结转移密切相关。VEGF-C、Flt-4的表达在肿块边缘有"毛刺征"组高于无"毛刺征"组;血管增多、增粗组高于正常组;腋淋巴结有改变组高于正常组。但其表达与肿块大小、簇状钙化、皮肤增厚及乳头内陷等无关。结论 VEGF-C与Flt-4结合形成信号通道可促进乳腺浸润性导管癌的淋巴管生成及淋巴结转移;浸润性导管癌的部分X线征象与VEGF-C、Flt-4表达及淋巴管生成密切相关,二者结合有利于预测乳腺癌的侵袭与转移。 |

Objective To investigate the correlation between breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma mammographic signs and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) and Flt-4 and lymphangiogenesis. Methods Sixty patients with breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma by pathology were examined with preoperative mammography and immunohistochemical after operation to detect (VEGF-C), Flt-4 and density of lymphatic vessel to analyzed the correlation betwwen the level of their expression and mammographic signs. Results The correlation was shown respectively between lymph node metastasis, VEGF-C and Flt-4. The expression of VEGF-C and Flt-4 had a relatively higher level in the tumor with speculated margin of mass, any large vein, and axil lymph node, but there was no correlation with the cluster of calcification, crass skin, retracted nipple, and tumoral size. Conclusion VEGF-C and Flt-4 combine to signal passage, which Results in formation of tumor lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis. Some mammographic signs of breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma are closely correlated with VEGF-C, Flt-4 and LMVD, the combination of which should be of great value to predict aggressiveness and metastasis of breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma. |
