目的 探讨低频超声对骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)畸形患者手术治疗前后吞咽功能变化的应用价值。方法 使用联合衬垫超声扫描技术,应用低频M-型超声,对骨性III类错(牙合)畸形治疗前组(A组)、治疗后组(B组)吞咽功能进行测量,参数包括吞咽时间(duration),吞咽平均速度(Vm),吞咽范围(range),并与正常人(C组)作对照。结果 吞咽总时间A组为(1.535±0.247)s,B组为(2.301±0.496)s,C组为(2.029±0.318)s,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。吞咽平均速度A组(3.17±0.959)cm/s,B组(2.00±0.819)cm/s,C组(2.12±0.503)cm/s,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。吞咽范围A组(4.82±1.407)cm,B组(4.34±1.114)cm,C组(4.22±0.878)cm,差异无统计学意义,P=0.23>0.01。结论 骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)畸形患者治疗后组的舌吞咽总时间较治疗前组延长,并接近正常组水平;治疗后吞咽平均速度较治疗前明显减慢,接近正常组水平。M-型超声能够较准确地评估舌吞咽功能的变化。 |

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application of low frequency ultrasonography in swallowing with the skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion before and after the operation. Methods Combined with cushion scanning technique, the M-mode ultrasonography was used to investigate swallowing movement of the skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion before the treatment (group A), after the treatment (group B), and the normal subjects . The parameters included the total time of swallowing (duration, D), the mean velocity (Vm), the range of swallowing movement (range, R) were detected. Results The duration in group A was (1.535±0.247) s, in group B (2.301±0.496) s, and in group C (2.029±0.318) s, P<0.01;The Vm in group A was (3.17±0.959) cm/s, in group B (2.00±0.819) cm/s, in group C (2.12 cm±0.503) cm/s, P<0.01; The range in group A was (4.82±1.407) cm, in group B (4.34±1.114) cm, in group C (4.22±0.878) cm, P>0.05. Conclusion After the treatment, the duration of the skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion is longer than before, almost the same as the normal subjects; the Vm of posttreatment is slower than before, and also approximately to the normal subjects. Low frequency ultrasonography can detect and evaluate the change of the swallowing function. |
